Black Jet: a pie from Cortland Avenue
Gillian Shaw Lundgren started Black Jet in 2010, delivering cookies and handmade Pop-Tarts to San Francisco coffee shops and offices. In 2017, she reunited with Max B. The Thanksgiving menu lists apple crumb, pumpkin, pecan, banana cream and salted honey maple pies at $50 each. Dark chocolate pecan is $55. Its Thanksgiving page offers preorders for November 24 to 26. Three Babes: from a shipping container to the pie table
Lenore and Anna describe Three Babes' beginnings as a pop-up pie shop in a Mission shipping container. They moved on to a Noe Valley farmers market stand, then a larger stand at the Ferry Plaza Farmers Market. The 2026 Thanksgiving menu lists classic apple, classic pumpkin and bourbon pecan at $50 each. Blackberry crumble, also $50, is listed as available starting November 8. Three Babes pickup locations and delivery deadline
At 2797 16th Street in the Mission, holiday pickup runs November 24 and 25, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Ferry Plaza preorder pickup is November 24, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Foodwise Info Booth. If you choose San Francisco delivery instead, the published order deadline is November 19 for delivery November 24 or 25. That is a delivery deadline, not a stated cutoff for all pickup orders.
